Our Village
Nestled within the sun-drenched, historic landscapes of Anuradhapura lies Rajanganaya—a village long defined by its lush agricultural fields and resilient community spirit. Renowned for its vast banana plantations, the region has historically generated a significant amount of organic agricultural waste.
For generations, once the fruit was harvested, the water-rich banana tree trunks were simply cast aside and left to the earth. Today, however, this land is undergoing a quiet, beautiful transformation. We are turning this abundant natural footprint into a canvas for sustainable art, giving a second life to the land's resources and creating a direct bridge between ancient Sri Lankan heritage and modern, conscious design.
Our Craft
Every piece in our collection is born entirely from nature and refined exclusively by human hands. Because we use zero harsh chemicals, our process remains beautifully, uncompromisingly eco-friendly.
Sustainable Harvesting
We sustainably harvest discarded trunks from local farms, carefully stripping the outer bark to extract incredibly strong, raw plant fibers.
Sun-Dried Strands
These golden strands are washed in fresh water, dried under the radiant tropical sun, and meticulously spun into premium, durable threads.
Eco-Artisanship
From raw organic fiber, our artisans hand-weave, crochet, and embroider tote bags, character baskets, and rustic home décor. Every knot carries the soul of the earth.

Empowering Rajanganaya
Above all else, this initiative is a mission of human dignity, independence, and joy. Rajanganaya is home to incredibly talented individuals—particularly women, mothers, and those facing economic hardship—who previously lacked access to stable financial opportunities.
By teaching them the intricate art of fiber extraction and premium weaving, we have brought dignified, empowering work right to their doorsteps. This allows them to earn a meaningful income within a supportive, community-driven environment, bringing both financial stability and genuine pride to their households.
